Can't accept terms and conditions
I'm trying to download an app onto my iPad using a new Apple ID. Every time I sign into the app store, I'm told to review my Apple ID. When I go into Settings to review it, I'm asked to accept the Terms and Conditions. When I try to accept and click Next, the Next button turns grey and nothing happens.
It's admittedly a older iPad that can only be updated to iOS 9.3.5. However, the exact same thing is happening on every device I try. I've been unable to accept the Terms and Conditions on iTunes or on my iPhone running iOS 15.7.2 because every single time the Next button will turn grey and nothing more will happen.
Each device I've tried this on has been updated to the latest possible version of iOS for that device and has been restarted multiple times. I'm using a stable Wi-Fi network and have billing information already attached to the ID. I'm stumped. Does anyone have any suggestions?
