I can not turn my iPhone13 off. It is not responding to anything. I tried pushing and releasing the volume up, than volume down button and after that holding the side button. Nothing is happening besides the Siri sign coming on but not responding. Help! 😢😢

Note: you have to hold the side button for quite awhile (perhaps 30 seconds).
