iPhone Shortcuts and automations

Shortcuts has never been on my iPhone Pro 13 that I could see or use anywhere. Not on Home Screen/Pages, App Store, Spotlight, Settings, no where. However Shortcuts and it’s auto’s are constantly popping up and obtaining copies of screenshots, photos, phone logs, message etc. How do I permanently stop all these Shortcuts? How are they running and sending files to Dropbox and Evernotebwhen I’ve never set up or used DB & EN in my life, have no accounts there? (I’ve already spent countless hours on the line with AppleCare, no success thus far.) Thank you.
