my SIM card came out of my iPhone 6 and it’s lost how can I get another one it’s a food stamp government phone

An att store replaced my data on another phone but forgot to put the SIM card in, it has been several months ago, I went back to said store and they couldn’t find it.it was an IPhone 7s and still worked. How do I get a sim card for it or should I eve Can you replace a sim Card fora iPhone 7s or is it worth it. An att Store took it to switch over data and did not put it back in. I went back to the store later and they couldn’t find it. It was still a working phone.
