I tried but couldn’t find a way to change the city on this time / clock widget.
It is set to cup (I guess it’s Cupertino) but I ain’t at Cup.
Is there a way to change it?

You can just tap on the widget when on the screen of adding or removing widget and it should let you choose the city of your choice
I tried choosing a city but this did not work. Then shut down my phone. It still shows Cupertino.

Maybe I’m not explaining this clearly enough. Let me try again.
Tap and hold down on the Lock Screen and tap Customize.
Select the Lock Screen again.
Tap the clock Widget and you will see the minus sign - don’t tap the minus sign.
Tap on the Clock Widget again.
You will be directed to a screen where you can search for your city or one close to you.
After you select your city, the Lock Screen appears again.
Tap Done in the upper right corner.
Select the Lock Screen again.
Long press on the clock>Edit widget
