IOS 16 is making my phone have semi-ghost touch. Does anyone have the same problem?

I'm so sad. My phone (iPhone 11) was working completely fine until I decided to download IOS 16 today. Bad decision. When it finished updating, I was tapping random stuff on my screen that I didn't select every time I tapped the screen. My screen was working completely fine before the update. Has anyone had a similar problem or can help me I'm in despair right now. T_T
