How to show iPhone 12 Mini Battery Percentage

Good day, I want to ask you, please, why can't I do it when I have an iPhone 12 mini, the percentage in the battery doesn't show up, why?

The battery percentage feature is not available on iPhone 11 (regular), 12 Mini, 13 Mini or XR.

Unknown. Only Apple knows why, and they have not said. Likely the size of the screen would prevent the number from actually being legible inside the battery icon. It would just be too small. But this is just my own assumption.
