MAIL no longer displays button to open sidebar
All of a sudden, there is no longer a button to show/hide the sidebar. I now have to go to the menu or use a keyboard shortcut. What have I done!?!?
Thanks.

I don’t recall such button and I am not at my mac to confirm, but if it exists then you can do View->Customize Toolbar and add it back; FWIW, I think the shortcut is easier, anyway (Command-Shift-M if I remember correctly).

Hi Luis. Thanks for the reply!
Of course! I added it back with "Customize Toolbar", as you suggested.
I think there was an update to OS X recently and maybe that's when it disappeared.

The shortcut is Ctrl-Cmd-S, actually.
Thanks for your help. Problem solved.
