did not turn on Find My My phone (2nd hand) got stolen within 48 hours of me buying it. I did not turn "Find my" on but i did sign in with my icloud. Is there any way to override the system to turn "find my" on remotely? or is there another way to track the phone? The model is iPhone 13 Pro Max and iOS was updated to 16.1. It's been 4 days since it was stolen. I just bought another 2nd hand iPhone. Would be awesome if i can still get the other phone back though!

Don'ts

If you remove the device from your account after you erase it, Activation Lock will be turned off. This allows another person to turn on and use your device.

An example of my iPhone 5 is given in the GIF below. There is no "Undo" after you remove it from your account.

No one but only you can turn on "Find My" on your device. Not even Apple Inc.

Having said that there is no way you can turn "Find My" on remotely.
