Yes. You can make custom lock screens with 1 of 8 different fonts, but you cannot change the actual size.

Tap and hold on the Lock Screen to bring up the Lock Screen edit mode. Tap on customize to make changes to the Lock Screen.

If this is the Lock Screen you had from a previous iOS version, you will need to create a new Lock Screen to edit fonts and colors and backgrounds.

seems if you have wallpaper that you had on the phone previously, you can’t change the WAY too big fonts. Why didn’t Apple just keep it like all the other IOS updates? So it seems you have to download another app to get the fonts back to normal.
