Screen protector is scratched inside

My phone was scratched by other Iphone's camera module. It has screen protector applied. Now I am wondering if the screen protector was damaged or screen itself. I don't feel anything when I touch protector, so I am guessing insides are affected.

So, is possible for screen to be damaged without screen protector to be damaged first?

Or if it is a screen protector that has been damaged is there a way to fix it without replacing?

Doesn't feel like scratches.

Micro Scratch on iPhone 16 pro max I dropped my iPhone 16pm yesterday and it chipped my screen protector, it was a tiny chip with some cracks. But today when I went to change it to a new screen protector I noticed a tiny scratch on my iPhone screen it's not very visible unless I place the phone at an angle under light and I cannot see it with the new screen protector on. Has this happened to anyone else? I was not expecting a scratch on my phone given I had a screen protector on :(

iPad Screen Unresponsive After Applying Rubbing Alcohol My mom recently applied a rubbing alcohol (one that looks like a spray and is used for hands, etc.) to clean the the iPad’s screen by ACCIDENT and now some areas of my iPad screen is unresponsive. My iPad has a screen protector so I assumed we need to buy a new screen protector or is this issue needed a manual fix? In other instances, if the iPad has no screen protector, would this require a manual fix? Thank you.
