How do I fix a mac glitch it appeared on my screen out of the blue.... I have the new m2

Have you tried rebooting the Mac?

Have you tried booting the Mac in safe mode to see if the issue persists there?

Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (UK)

If the problem persists, Contact - Official Apple Support

to set up service for your device
