Call history
My iPhone is showing two numbers with a symbol & in call history. I’m only calling on one number but it shows two numbers , other from call history sometime from contacts.

Deleting the entire call history fixed it. Another method would have been preferable, but it was better than nothing.

Your Recents call history displays the number of the person(s) you are on the call with, or their contact name if they are saved to your Contacts. If your call was a conference call with multiple individuals, or a group FaceTime call, all participants will be listed.

Same problem! I am NOT making conference calls (e.g. one call showed a coworker + a relative, I would never call them together); it looks like the phone is joining individual calls in the “recents” history. Linked iPad shows the calls as separate.
