Trying to put my Notes back on my phone when I logged out of iCloud

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Have signed back in to iCloud on your iPhone? If not, the steps to do so are in the Apple Support article: Sign in to iCloud on all your devices - Apple Support
"Set up iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
- On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > [your name].
- If you don’t see [your name], tap “Sign in to your [device],” then enter your Apple ID and password.
- Do one of the following:
- iOS 16: Tap iCloud, then turn on each app or feature you want to use. Tap Show All to see more apps.
- iOS 15, iPadOS 15, or earlier: Tap iCloud, then turn on each app or feature you want to use."
Once signed in, go to Settings > tap your name (Apple ID) > iCloud, and switch Notes to On. This will allow the Notes in iCloud to sync with your iPhone. Let us now if this helps you.
