You cannot backup iTunes to the phone. Perhaps you mean that you have tunes on the phone that you want to copy into the library. If so see Recover your iTunes library from your iPod or iOS device - Apple Community.

If you want to backup the iPhone to your computer see How to back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your PC - Apple Support.
