Ive just updated my Iphone 11 to ios16 and it had started to do ghost touches. Ive never had a problem like this before and ive tried to reset it multiples times but nothing makes it go away. I can barely do anything because it swipes my screen down

You likely have a failing digitizer. Have the device inspected/repaired by Apple or an Apple authorized service provider.
