SQUEEZED SCREEN DISPLAY

Hello, I am currently using iphone 13 pro max. Last time, my screen display suddenly looked narrow. It’s like all texts and icons are squeezed on my screen. It looks very unusual. When I updated the system, it went back to its original display. However, the screen display went to a narrower look again. That’s when I updated to ios 16 to fix the issue. Turns out, it still looks squeezed. I’m having a hard time to even type because all letter, icons and everything in general looks narrow. Can anyone help me fix this? There’s no troubleshooting help I could get from google or youtube.

Display zoom may have been disabled. These steps can help you enable it again:

"Magnify the iPhone screen with Display Zoom

You can see larger onscreen controls on an iPhone with Display Zoom.

Go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom.
Select Larger Text to make all the text on iPhone larger.
Tap Done, then tap Use Zoomed."
