Hello doshan80, I assume you are talking about Apple MagSafe Battery Pack. Do you know for sure that you have Firmware Version 2.7 on the Battery Pack? See this support page on how to check the Firmware Version. See the section "Attach and remove your MagSafe Battery Pack.
