Data loss after iPhone reset

my mob phone iPhone 12 was hanged on apple logo i have reset my mob but unfortunately lost my data including some contacts, 20000+ photos and WhatsApp chat. very important data lost, can you please help me to recover ASAP

Unable to complete initial iPhone set up I unboxed this phone for Christmas and started the typical sim/data transfer but the phone got stuck on updating so I thought to restart it. After I restarted I tried to swipe up on the screen to type my password but it immediately disappears and goes back into the multi lingual greeting slides it has with new phones. I tried to restart it again but the phone turns itself back on even after force restarting using the volume up volume down and power button method. I cannot call from my old phone that I’m typing on because the data has transferred already. I do not know what else I could do to fix this. The new phone is a 15 and the old phone is an 11 [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Restore the phone from your last backup. You do back it up, right?
