Password autofill VS set text shortcuts

This is the most annoying thing to deal with. When I’m trying to log on to sites I have text shortcuts set so I can type in “1gmail” and it will autofill my whole email. But sometimes the Passwords auto fill button takes up my entire keyboard so the shortcut does not work. What is the best way to get around this? For some websites it will actually auto fill my username/password and for others it doesnt

Good day to you desirée101,

You can turn off the autofill functionalities for passwords in Settings > Passwords. Then you shouldn’t see that option to access the passwords saved in Settings/iCloud Keychain for a sign in.

Alternatively, you can access the saved data for each website by tapping on Passwords, then finding the website and choosing to have that information filled in for you.

Thanks.
