What if sold to me and was never given Apple ID was I scammed
Did I get scammed I bought watch with apple id on it and the seller isn’t answering me?

Probably. The seller needed to remove their data. The watch may be stolen, lost and found, or just not prepared properly. If the seller is not contacting you back, it's likely one of the former.
Recycle the watch responsibly.
