School of emails not working on Apple mail

I’ve tried adding my school email (affiliated with google) to Apple mail but I cannot send or receive emails from that email on the Apple client, I have had no luck with google searches.

Device or computer? Have you tried deleting the account, restarting, and then adding it back again?

I have tried that, nothing works, it says i have no mail, and it has an error at the bottom of the screen that says: Cannot Get Mail (email) is currently unavailble.

Since you posted the email address is affiliated with Google, contact Google using the links I posted above.
