Reduce interruptions with notification summary

So maybe I missed it in previous question. It how do I just get that mock “reduce interruptions with notifications summary” off my Lock Screen? So annoying

I believe you're referring to "Notification Summary". You should be able to remove this in Settings > Notifications > Scheduled Summary. If there's a popup, swiping it away like Skydiver wrote should remove it.

and beyond that are you running ipad os 15 or the 16 beta? If the 16 beta it’s expected that things may be a bit wonky since its a beta but it’s also not a topic that we can discuss here.
