Legacy apps/MacOS updates

Is there someplace where I can find and download apps designed for High Sierra? I refurbed my old iMac and it's got High Sierra on it.


Also, what's the latest MacOS a 2011 21.5 iMac would support?

High Sierra/10.13.6 is the latest MacOS you can run.


Firstly you just need a more modern Browser than Safari on High Sierra like Firefox or Brave.


Look into the Free LibreOffice, it handles MS Office files like Word & Excel, & Page Layout…

Other than that we'd need to know what kind of Apps to make good recommendations.
