Random Apple ID’s showing up when setting up new iphone

I was setting up my new phone and i got several prompts saying this backup contains apps purchased from another apple ID. there was more than 30 random apple ID’s that showed up i do not know who these people are. how to i locate the data in my icloud associated with these other apple ID’s? this question has been asked before and not answered helpfully.

i have checked my purchase history and it only shows apps i have downloaded. i am concerned that there were so many random customer emails that showed up and would like an explanation as to how / why this has happened. Apple should probably look into this as it amounts to a data breach.

These steps might help to see which devices are using your Apple ID:

"Use your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Apple Watch to see where you're signed in

Tap Settings > [your name], then scroll down.
Tap any device name to view that device's information, such as the device model, serial number, OS version, and whether the device is trusted and can be used to receive Apple ID verification codes. The information might vary depending on the device type. You might need to answer your security questions to see device details."
