Google map and hearing aids.

I recently started wearing hearing aids. When I use google maps, the volume of the voice is so low I can barely hear it. How may I fix this problem?

I tried running Google Maps on my iPhone13 Pro Max. I was able to up the volume of the voice while I was listening to the voice in my hearing aids. You could also swipe down from the upper right corner of your screen(Control Center) and adjust the volume there by using the audio slider. That worked for me also. Are you just plugging into the car for power?

You might turn up the volume on the source where you are using Google Maps.

There are several different systems in cars depending on the model and brand of car. Have tried taking it back to your car dealership and see if they can assist you?

I plug into my iPhone and plug into my car, this brings google maps up on my car monitor. When I do this I can barely hear the voice on my google maps, I can see on my monitor, but can barely hear the directions
