Dual Sim and Voicemail

Hello Apple community


Ever since I have set up dual sim on my iPhone 12 Pro, voicemail does not work for either of the sim...


I have tried everything, but nothing fixes my issue.


Am I the only one facing this issue?

You state that visual voicemail is setup properly. Are you saying that you did something to set it up correctly? Because as I said earlier, your carrier sets up your voicemail. Check with them again and ensure they support visual voicemail. You may also wish to ask for a higher level of support from them. The voicemail server is at the carrier's end. I have tried everything on the carrier's side. I even changed carrier to reset the network and setup.


I have tried resetting my phone's network settings, and all settings. I have done everything I can to fix this issue.


Now the only way to access my voicemail is by dialing the number (old fashioned way). Visual voicemail does not work at all on either of the phone number, even though it is set up properly.
