Cochlear implant not connecting with iPhone 13 Pro

I have an cochlear implant n7 that I’ve been trying to pair with my iPhone 13 Pro. The phone does recognize my cochlear but won’t pair with it. I tried resetting the network settings and turned on and off my phone several times. I am also up to date on the iOS 15.7.

Cochlear device not connecting to iPhone I have a Nucleus 7 processor, and successfully paired my device several months ago when I first received my new processor. Everything worked well, until a week ago when my phone suddenly unpaired I have not been able to connect to my phone ever since. Cochlear site was no help, said the issue is with my phone. Yes, I have tried the following: turning my device off and back on, turning my blue tooth off and back on, restarting my phone, did the "forget this device" and started over, made sure my internet was working and had a strong signal, rebooted my internet. HELP!

Cochlear kanso 2 I currently wear a Cochlear Kanso 2 processor and I am having difficulty pairing the Kanso 2 to a new IPhone 14. When I turn on the Bluetooth in hearing devices it start to search and finds the Kanso 2, but it does not pair to the IPhone. Is this a common issue with trying pair the Kanso 2 with the iPhone?
