Troubleshooting iPhones and Hearing Devices:
A. Contact the Manufacturer:
If things are not syncing, then contact the manufacturer, asking them if this is compatible with your device, and how you can confirm your iPhone to get this to work as it should.
B. Restarting the iPhone:
If any changes were made (i.e. Installed Apps), then Settings (i.e Wf-Fi), may have become manipulated technically. So, try restarting the iPhone:
- Go To: Settings
- Tap: General
- Tap: Shut Down
- Slide: Your Finger to the Right
