Extentions Not Appearing in Safari 16

Updated Monterey on both computers (Late 2015 iMac 27" and 2017 MBP). No issues with the iMac, but with the MBP I'm not seeing my extensions in Safari 16. I have two extensions - LastPass and TranslateMe. I installed a new extension called HolaTranslator for Safari to see if it would show up. Nope. I disabled all extensions and turned then back on several times to no avail. I'll briefly see the icon for the extension but it will then disappear. I uninstalled LastPass and reinstalled it, still no dice. I've restarted the MBP several times. Any ideas?
