Hello, I just got my new Iphone 14 and im

wondering if I can swap the phone for the Iphone 14 pro? One of my family members got the Iphone pro and I like that one instead of the one I got.

You have 14 days from the purchase date to return your iPhone for either a full refund or a replacement (of the same model.) You will need to do the former, and then, buy the 14 Pro as a new purchase.

If you purchased the phone from Apple, you have 14 days to return the phone with all accessories, etc to Apple for a full refund. Then, you can order the phone that you want. Please keep in mind that you may have to wait for 4-6 weeks for the new phone.

There is no direct swap of iPhones. You have two weeks to return your current iPhone for a full refund. Once you do that, then you can purchase the iPhone that you want. You can return your iPhone at any Apple Store near you.
