iPhone 14 and 14 pro CarPlay low call volume

Looking for feedback from others that have recently upgraded to the iPhone 14 series. I have noticed that while connected to CarPlay it’s very difficult to hear the other caller, volume is extremely low..even after turning up the car volume up to the max. The other caller had a 14 and said the same thing. I’ve already seen others complain about the same issue on other forums. Please chime in if you’re experiencing the same thing…I believe this is a bug that’s yet to be identified by Apple.

Hey gkurcon,

We see you're experiencing low audio when iPhone 14 is connected to CarPlay.

Once you're connected to CarPlay, do you also increase the volume on the iPhone? If not, we suggest trying it out to see if it could be related to the iPhone's volume.

If you continue to have issues, we'd like as questions that may help you get more answers.

Are you connected to CarPlay via USB cable or wirelessly?
Do you also experience this when listening to music while connected to CarPlay?
