MacBook Air frozen, blinking computer side view and Apple support website

My MacBook Air froze, mouse didn’t work. I held down the power button to restart. Mouse and keyboard still not working on sign in page. Restarted again, now black screen with a white side view of a computer and another image blinking back a forth, with Apple support website.


where do I go from here?

It means your keyboard and mouse aren't connecting properly. Do you have an external wired keyboard/mouse you can troubleshoot with?
