CDMA Sim not working in Yemen

Hello, I am from Yemen the issue is that if we want to use the CDMA band sim we have to import an IPCC file to the iPhone manually and every time IOS has an update we should do the same or there will be no service is there any permanent solution? why Apple is not supporting CDMA services like GSM if the carriers are unknown to them? is there a way to contact Apple to add support for CDMA in future updates?
