my punctuation in dictation does not show keyboard in iOS16 update

Hi 👋🏽 I actually have a similar problem and I’m willing to elaborate. Attached is a screenshot of what happens when I click the microphone button. It happens everywhere. Also, when I try to use Siri via the buttons or ‘hey siri’ it loads for awhile and says ‘having a problem with that, try again later’ response. With or without headphones.
