Hello. I have just upgraded my IPhone to IOS 16. The problem is that I have diabetes and an app (Guardian Connect) linked on my Phone for my blood sugar. After I updated the iOS , I got the news that the app is not compatible with iOS 16. It’a a huge problem for me. How can I solve the problem?

I already tried this way a little bit earlier, but unfortunately they only have a Phone number that is not working and they don’t have online support through chat. I have no clue What I can do in this situation.
