iPhone 13 Face ID not working

My face is stopped working on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. After having the phone checked they replaced it for me with a brand new phone. What a pain I had to factory reset and mail back my broken phone and get the new one set up. Less than a week later the Face ID on this new one stopped working. It won’t reset either. Just sits there with my face in the frame and then tells me it can’t do it at this time. All my apps are closed to me again. Is this happening to anyone else?
