iCloud tabs won’t close, keep coming back

Hi — I’ve been having an issue with Safari across all of my devices and am wondering if anyone’s found a solution yet. I have my tabs synced via iCloud across Mac, iPhone and iPad. I noticed that tabs from months ago started showing up on my Mac from device iPhone. I open safari on my phone, but I don’t have any tabs open. iPad and iPhone are percectly synced, on Mac the tabs from iPad are ok. and the new tabs of iPhone are ok, but it sync 8 old tabs, and I can't remove it.

I’ve closed all tabs on all devices, have gone onto safari’s desktop landing page and have closed all tabs manually, cleared history and all web data, reset the devices… they still come back, saying that these 30 tabs are currently open on my phone. Anyone having this issue? All devices are running current software as of today. I don’t know what else to do!

there are an old post with the same problem, but It can't resolve my problem

I have already tried with the apple, and honestly they have advised to do elementary things already done and that only mess up the devices.

the solution is this instead:

on the iphone, forward the date a few months, close all tabs and remove safari from icloud, then restart it.

on the mac which is the device that randomly opens the non-existent iPhone tabs, close all tabs again and restart it.

now activate safari on icloud on iphone and magically on mac the crazy tabs will no longer be there. now put the correct date back on iphone

iCloud tabs won’t close, keep coming back
