I downloaded a QR Code reader, then after one use, I deleted it from my phone, getting fraudlent charges

The QR Code reader company is CY DCL.com and they have been posting charges to my debit card. I contacted the bank, but wanted everyone to know that this company is a fraud. Has anyone else received fraudulent charges from CY DCL.com?

I deleted the app the day I downloaded it (08/10/22) because I didn't like it and noticed they charged me $1.99. Since that time I have had my account charged several times for $4.95 and $39.95. Has anyone else done business with this company and how can I report this to Apple.

Thanks for your help. I did contact my bank first and they are in process of an investigation into this company. I noticed that they do not allow a Whois: search. Just want the community to know that they are scammers. Also think Apple support should know, so I will reach out to them.
