Pop-Up message asking me to enter my Google password?

Hello! I got my first iPhone about 3 months ago. The first time I added a new contact on it, I got a pop-up message a few seconds afterwards asking me to enter my google password. It basically started flashing multiple times and I couldn’t even enter it because everytime I clicked the pop-up away to try and type it in, it immediately reappears and I can’t do anything. The only way I get out of it is by restarting my phone, which gets annoying after a while. This doesn’t just happen with one email tho, it’s multiple emails, one of them is just an old throwaway email I’m currently not even logged into. This mainly happens when I add a new or contact or edit (eg change their name, delete them) an old contact, but recently it also started happening while I’m playing a game (Genshin Impact), usually about 5 minutes in. I’ve seen someone have the same issue but the comments were only questions about their situation and not any actual answers. Any advice?

iPhone X, iOS 16
