Gen 3 Watch Stuck on Apple Logo

I have a gen 3, and overnight it seems to have tried a IOS update and crashed, I have done a hard reboot using the crown and on/off but now it is stuck on the apple logo, I have tried everything that has been suggested, and last resort gone to unpair it with my phone, the unpairing has been unsuccessful suggesting I delete everything from my watch, but I can't do that as it is still frozen on the apple logo -what do I do now - any help would be great.
