Strange symbols for Arabic texts in MacOs Monterey!!

I have a 16-inch MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey (version 12.4). When I open some applications in Arabic, such as Slack application, for example, we chat in Arabic; Some sentences appear in the form of incomprehensible symbols, and the same is also repeated in many sites in Arabic, such as the titles of some videos on YouTube if I open it on the Chrome, but if I open these applications on Safari, that does not happen at all!

Unfortunately, I searched a lot on the internet and didn't find any solution or explanation.

This is a user-to-user support forum for Apple products. You mentioned many products, but only one was an Apple product, and that was the one that worked properly. It sounds like you should re-direct your question to the developers of Slack, Chrome, and YouTube.
