My Iphone 13 Pro Max has stalled uploading
I started getting my Iphone 13 Pro Max to load off my old phone. It got some of it moved over but has stalled. I have turned it off and back on but nothing helps get my apps restored.
What do I do?

are you migrating the data from a cloud backup? iTunes Backup or QuickStart?
if you are using Quickstart make sure the devices stick close together. it's also common that if this is a large amount of data it may require some configuration along with copying. I'd run it and leave it for a few hours and come back to it later and see if it completed.
