I have changed the SIM with other one carrier, and re-insert the old one.

First try a Forced restart Force restart iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
With the phone turned ON take out the SIM tray and after 20 seconds put it back.
Check Settings, General, About for carrier update.
Neat trick that I hadn't thought of! Well done.
