Issue with the View Availability feature in iOS16

I'm on an Exchange server, and I'm trying to use the new View Availability feature in iOS16 on my iPhone 13 Pro. When I click "View Availability" inside an iCal, I can see the other person's calendar. I am supposed to get a visual view of when the attendee of my event is free or busy. However, at first, it shows that the attendee is free all day. When I click "Cancel" and then click "View Availability" again, then it works—I'm able to see when the attendee is free or busy.

I've attached the steps I went through. Perhaps you can recreate it?

Not sure if this is an iOS16 bug, or perhaps an issue on the side of Microsoft or my employer. But figured I'd see if anyone in this community is also experiencing the issue.
