Launchpad Icons Get Rearranged on Restart

I organize my launchpad apps in a very specific order for easy-of-use but every time I turn my computer on the apps are rearranged at random. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thank you.

It seems nearly every time I click on the + to add a new tab, or on the Forward or Reverse buttons, or on apps in the Dock, instead of just doing any of those actions, I get instead a dropdown menu!! I just want the new tab to open, or to go back to the previous one, forward to the next one, or the app I clicked on, to just open!! And sometimes clicking doesn't register, or grabbing the side rails won't move the position of the screen, or scrolling won't happen! I have to do something else, then try again, for it to finally do what I need doing. Why is this happening so often??

Safari instantly closes tabs opened with cmd+shift+t in tabs group Hi, suddenly Safari started to immediately close tabs I reopened using cmd+shift+t in my tabs groups on my MacBook Air. It still works fine in the main tab group on Safari (the one that cannot be deleted and is always there). I created two tabs groups that are synced between my laptop and iPhone. When I use cmd+shift+t in any of these groups, the recently closed tabs reopens for a second and then disappears instantly without any option to reopen it. Using Cmd+shift+t again reopens the tab closed before, but this new one disappears immediately as well... Any suggestions how to solve this issue?
