Hello, I am bank specialist and very urgent issue regarding apple com purchases

Hello,

I am Manager of Card operations division. One of our card holders had many transactions on itunes.com -apple.com in 2021. As a bank, we are no longer able to chargeback for this customer because it is too late.

Can you help us to get information about the account where this card was used because the owner of the card claims that the transactions were not done by him. I can provide the card number.

We are all Apple users in this community, (ie" not Apple itself) and have no access to anyone's accounts or details, or any way of linking you up with Apple employees.

You might want to check with Apple's Billing Support Team.

(Apple is very security-conscious, and protective of Apple user's accounts, and details).
