Remove Xcode from my Iphone

I was messing around in settings and such and stumbled upon Xcode Previews. Me not knowing what it was I clicked it and it Installed the app onto my phone. I keep trying to delete it but everytime my phone dies or shuts off it keeps appearing on my phone. How do I delete this app completely off of my phone?

Try this...

First disable the Screen Time Restrictions, if any.

Settings > Screen Time > Contenet And Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps > [Allow]

There are six possibilities

Delete an offloaded App
Delete an App from the Home Screen
Remove an App from the Home Screen - Will be placed in the App Library
Delete an App from the App Library
Delete an inbuilt App - Not feasible
Delete an inbuilt App with one feature - You do not get any options either (e.g. Magnifier)
