How do I completely uninstall an app from my iPhone 13?

Press on the app until you see the remove app option. Tap remove app and if there is an option to delete it tap that. If there isn't an option to delete the app, it would be for two reasons:

1. It could be a native app, built into iOS and isn't removable
2. You could have the ability to delete apps turned off in Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > App Store and iTunes Purchases > Make sure Deleting Apps is marked allow.

I am also having this problem. The Screen Time permissions are allowed, but I still do not have the option to delete apps, only to remove them from the Home Screen. This is true for all apps, not just native ones.

Any other ideas?

Is your phone managed by an employer or school, who may have added Mobile Device Management (MDM) software to your phone? They can control your ability to delete apps.
