IPhone 12 Max Pro Unknown Part Camara not genuine

So I just experienced the unknown part error, and my 0.5x camera is not working anymore all of a sudden. I reached out to tech support, who ran a diagnostic on my device, which revealed the Camera was not being detected. I've never done any work on this phone in the past.

After doing quick research, this seems to be a common issue with the iPhone 12 Max pro. Is there a way to repair this issue without having to the out of warranty fees?
